OPC UA Server and Client function in MESUS
Summary: the document descibes connection of MESUS DeviceWise with OPC UA Server and OPC UA Client
MESUS as OPC UA Client
Download and Add dw.dwopua package
Restat Node and add new OPC UA Client Device
In Variables, chcek if you can read OPC UA Server Tags
MESUS as OPC UA Server
Download and Add dw.dwopcua_server package
After Node restart in Administration section you will find new tab - OPC UA Server
Click Edit Device and check which devices you need to publish as OPC UA Server
Start Server
In OPC UA Client, in this Example Iconics suite, configure connection with MESUS endpoint:
opc.tcp://Node_IP:portNumber/
opc.tcp://10.226.153.72:48020/
Test connection and check if selected variables are available in OPC UA Client data browser:
