User library in GX Works3

This document describes how to create and use user libraries in GX Works 3.

Creating user library

Open "Export Library" window

 

Open "Library Detailed Setting"

Public will be attached to new library

Private won’t be attached to new library

Editable full read and write access

Read-only read access only, editing is protected

Read-protected it’s not possible to read nor edit 

Click OK to export Library. Browse location and enter library name.

Register user Library

 

Drag and drop selected element from User Library to your project:
