Forum Rules

  1. The goal of the forum is to exchange experiences and answer the questions related to Mitsubishi Electric products.
  2. The user publishes comments and thoughts only on his own responsibility.
  3. The administrator of personal data is Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. (Sp.z o.o.) branch in Poland. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on website: https://www.zoho.com/privacy.html and http://pl.mitsubishielectric.com/en/utilities/privacy-policy/index.page
  4. The forum administrator does not provide information about user data to companies or private individuals. Registered persons agree to the processing of their data for administrative purposes.
  5. Registration on forum and user portal is allow only with company email domain. Users with public domains e-mail  accounts (eg. gmail, interia, yahoo etc) will not be accepted.
  6. All data is encrypted in the database and available only to site administrators. However, we reserve the right to provide any information we know about user at the request of authorized bodies, if any proceedings related to publications on our Forum are initiated.
  7.  It is unacceptable to publish posts contrary to Polish and international law, related to pornography, stimulants, calling for racial, religious or ethnic hatred etc. as well as fascist, vulgar, propagating violence, offending religious feelings, violating copyrights or the rights of others etc.
  8. It is unacceptable to post on the pages of the Forum content generally recognized as morally reprehensible, socially inappropriate and violating the rules of etiquette.
  9. Try to formulate answers briefly and concisely. Avoid spelling mistakes and use word abbreviations only if they are common.
  10. Avoid writing all text in capital letters, it is illegible. Capital letters are used to emphasize a part of the statement. In electronic form of communication they mean using a raised tone or even screaming.
  11. There is an absolute ban on vulgarism at the Forum. Posts of this type will be deleted.
  12. Don't make fun of or insult other users. Do not provoke or attack anyone with your statements. Texts that may be offensive to other Forum Users will be deleted. Treat other participants as you would like to be treated.
  13. Advertising other websites is forbidden on the forum. Posts with advertising content will be removed without notifying the User who posted them.
  14. Sharing and requesting sharing of illegal copyrighted materials (music, movies, books, multimedia, art. Article) is prohibited. Posts containing this type of content will be removed.
  15. Forum moderators have the right to control the content of statements along with their modification and deletion.
  16. Breaking the law will be reported to the appropriate services. Users with responsibility will be removed from the Forum along with their posts.
  17. Threads should be created in the appropriate sections for them. Threads created in the wrong departments will be moved to the appropriate categories by moderators.
  18. It is forbidden to create the same threads in several different sections. Duplicate threads will be deleted. Before starting a new topic, please check if a similar discussion is already underway.
  19. Use a language appropriate to the topic. Posts in topics containing the letters EN in the name are in English. Topics that are not marked are in polish.
  20. Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. (Sp.z o.o.) branch in Poland reserves the right to modify these regulations. Any changes will enter into force when they are posted on this page.
